Q: What comes on a STANDARD skirt?
A: Our standard skirts comes with a felt poodle, leash, and a rhinestone collar. You also have the option of ordering additional rhinestones and adding musical notes for an additional charge.



Q: What size should I order?
A: Please refer to our size chart for the appropriate size.


Q: How long are the poodle skirts supposed to be?
A: Typically, the skirts reach the mid-calf; however it is also a matter of personal preference. All our skirts are measured to roughly reach the mid-calf. 


Q: What is your most popular color?
A: Our most popular colors are Light Pink and Shocking Pink.


Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Standard processing and shipping will take 7-10 days.

RUSH services are available (1-5 days) for an additional $15 RUSH Handling Fee in addition to shipping costs. 


Q: Is there a difference between ordering by phone or via the website?
A: Orders placed over the internet will have priority over phone orders. Please make sure all contact information and order information is accurate.


Q: What if my skirt doesn't fit? Can I exchange it for a different size?
A: You may exchange the skirt for a different size on standard skirts only. Please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy for the conditions.

Q: How do I wash my poodle skirt?
A: We HIGHLY recommend dry cleaning.


Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: SORRY! Unfortunately, we do not currently have a catalog, however, we are constantly updating our website to ensure our customers get the latest information.


Q: Can I just purchase your poodle?
A: Sorry, we do not sell individual poodles.


Q: Do you accept CODs as payment?
A: We currently do not accept CODs as a method of payment. We DO ACCEPT Visa and Mastercard.
